The crowning glory of my Villnoess Alp tours was the adventure enjoyment trail to the Geisler Alm, a very special alpine inn. Apart from its truly fabulous location, directly under the Geisler summits in the Puez Geisler nature reserve, the emphasis is placed here on typical, homemade delicacies and a genuine South Tyrolean hospitality. Above all the rusticality and unspoilt nature of this alpine pasture drew me under its spell. You can really relax here: let your spirits roam free on an afternoon in the Geisler cinema, and enjoy divine rest on a night in the natural rooms. The little ones let off steam on the great children's playground and can get to know a few of the animals better in the mini petting zoo.
